Prognozis

Pankreasta adenokanser olan hastaların çoğu, teşhis konduktan sonra bir yıl içinde ölürler. Pankreas başı kanseri olan hasataların yaklaşık %10 unda yaşama süresi 5 yıldır, fakat bunların bazıları gerçekten tümörden kurtulmuşlardır. Gövde ve kuyruk tümörlerinin iyileştirilmesi fevkalade nadir bir durumdur.
